I get asked all the time what else can be done to support kids with learning differences. Knowing what, how and when to address your IEP team is great, but let’s face it, we all know that when they get home after being “on” all day, it can be rough.
I thought I’d share what we have done to naturally support our bodies that has really made a big difference over the last 10 years. In the beginning we needed help with respiratory support, managing meltdowns and anxiety. Later we moved on to focus, confidence and emotional regulation.
I’ve compiled my favorites in these areas (and a few more). I’d be happy to share more with you—reach out and we'll chat.
